Myself Frans Becker and my son Ross Becker decided to start our own venture to help customers who need the aviation expertise. I started my apprenticeship/career in the South African Airforce in 1979 where I worked for 4 years until 1982. I started at Atlas Aircraft Corporation in 1983 until 1994. After Atlas, I went to Aerosud Aviation where I worked for 4 years as an AME and various other projects. I started at National Airways Corporation (NAC) in 1997, and work at NAC for 13 years. My 13 years included AME, Workshop Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Workshop Maintenance Manager and then later Customer Services Manager.

I then worked at Africa Flight Aviation for just over 3 years, after which we started Rossbeck Aviation Services (Pty) Ltd. Ross Becker started his career at Africa Flight Aviation in 2017 as a maintenance coordinator. Ross wants to become an accredited Aircraft Evaluator and will be ready to do this course and exams in the USA at the end of 2019. He is very active in helping me with aircraft management, pre purchase inspections and aircraft refurbishment/repairs management
